Jenny Lind tour 2015

In the summer of 2015, I was touring Canada, the USA and Sweden with Jenny Lind scholar Sara Swietlicki. The tour was being organized by People's Park and Community.

There were concerts in the cities Ottawa, Toronto, Washington DC, San Francisco a.o. In July and August there was also a  tour in Sweden together with swedish baritone Hannes Öberg. 

My interest in poetry and the expression of written words through music has led me to develop a great passion for this intimate form of music.

Contemporary music Mignon  lieder 

In a project supported by the Swedish Arts Council, mezzo soprano Nana Bugge Rasmussen and I have contributed to the genre by putting old texts into a new perspective, using modern music written for us by composer Filip Melo. 

By putting the music of F. Melo together with the music of R. Schumann and H. Wolf, we present the same Goethe poems set to music by different composers.
